ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Full price merchandise purchased via our online store, may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and have original tags attached. Returns that have been worn, altered, or washed will be refused.
All sale merchandise is final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or further price adjustments.
Jewelry, swim, headwear & eyewear are final sale.
We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
If the above conditions are met, Aria will initiate a refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
Returned item(s) must be received by our store within 7 business days from the date the return is approved. Returns not received within this timeframe will be denied and the item(s) will be sent back to you.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, we do not cover return shipping cost. A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Aria is not responsible for any lost, stolen, missing, or damaged packages shipped by the customer and cannot offer refunds or store credit for these cases.
