Terms & Conditions


Our RETURN POLICY is as follows:
Aria is store credit only, we do not issue refunds. (*Please note: Store credit expires after one year)
-Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
-Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
-Merchandise must have all tags attached and are returned in original packaging.
-Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. Shoe box fees of $30 are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
Items sold on sale are not returnable or exchangeable. Items sold on sale are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Jewelry and swim items are not returnable.
-Shipping and handling charges are not returnable and we do not, under normal circumstances, issue return labels.
Special order items or pre-ordered items are are not returnable or exchangeable. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND PRE-ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES.
-Aria monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

-Please check the box during checkout to agree to the terms and conditions of our return policy.

-Your return/exchange will not be processed without your signature on the return slip included in your shipment.

Your return should be shipped back to the following address. Please ship it back to the brick-and-mortar store address it was shipped from, as indicated on the original shipping label as well as the return form included in your shipment. ARIA does offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession, we will issue you a store credit, then you may place a new order for the desired item. $25 2-Day Air

$50 Overnight Shipping

$75 Overnight + Saturday Delivery

*Please note: your order needs 24 hours to process, so it will not begin traveling until 24 hours after the order is placed. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please select 2-day air or please email us at info@ariaonline.com any special requests. In your email, please include your name, order number (if known), a good contact number, plus your order expedite request.
