If you are not fully satisfied with your items, please return them back to us.

Our RETURN POLICY is as follows:
-Aria is store credit only, we do not issue refunds.
-Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
-Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
-Merchandise must have all tags attached and are returned in original packaging.
-Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. Shoe box fees of $30 are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
-Items sold on sale are not returnable.
-Jewelry and swim items are not returnable.
-Shipping and handling charges are not returnable.
-Special order items are not returnable.
-Aria monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

-Please check the box during checkout to agree to the terms and conditions of our return policy. Your return will not be processed without your signature.

ARIA does offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession, we will issue you a store credit, then you may place a new order for the desired item.
